Position in Brief

In the Tech Lead Software Engineer role, the candidate will be a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead Software Engineer to lead our software development efforts focused on AI and automation. This is an exciting opportunity to build a team from the ground up and develop cutting-edge software solutions leveraging Generative AI for niche use cases. As the team lead, you will work closely with our Data and AI teams to drive innovation and create impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

• Led and managed a squad of 5-6 software engineers, guiding them in the development of AI and automation software products
• Collaborate with the Data and AI teams to integrate advanced AI technologies into software solutions
• Design and implement software architectures, including microservices, event-driven architectures, and monolithic structures
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance
• Ensure the software solutions align with business objectives and customer needs, focusing on achieving product-market fit
• Mentor and supervise team members, providing technical guidance and support
• Communicate effectively with project managers and business/product teams to ensure project alignment and success
• Drive continuous improvement in software development practices and processes

Qualification

• Key Requirement
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager
  • Experience in building products from the ground up, translating management requirements into functional software solutions
  • Strong background in developing complex products, ideally with experience in ecosystems similar to True Money
  • In-depth knowledge of software architecture, including microservices, event-driven architectures, and monolithic structures
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers and business/product teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• It’s a plus, if you have
  • Experience in developing platform solutions & integration related to data science, deep learning, computer vision, Large Language Model (LLM), or Generative AI
  • Experience in owning products or working on enterprise solutions
  • Understanding of Deep neural networks (DNN), transformer models, encoder-decoder, or AI architectures is a plus
  • Experience of MLOps, DevOps to integrate and deploy AI & data products would be an advantage
