Position in Brief

In the Senior Software Engineer role, the candidate will drive the development and optimization of both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring scalability and future-proof architecture, while leading a team towards innovative solutions for diverse industrial applications. This position is pivotal as it supports our company’s strategic growth and technological evolution, enabling us to expand our service offerings and improve client solutions in a dynamic market environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, Manage, and Guide the Software Engineer team with solid experience and technique to drive performance
• Be a focal point to communicate with various stakeholders to balance between requirements and project possibilities
• Design and develop user-facing features, ensuring future usability and code reusability
• Gather requirements and collaborate on workflow design in a project-based team setting
• Construct and troubleshoot back-end systems using REST API, focusing on reusability
• Analyze UI frameworks to optimize microservices and distributed architectures
• Work in tandem with UX/UI designers, Project Managers, and teams to create web applications tailored for various industrial clients

Qualification

• Key Requirement
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as a React.JS developer, with a strong preference for TypeScript knowledge
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience working as Node.js and Express.js developer
  • Experience with
    • Redux, Next.js, Ant design, styled-components, Tailwind.css, Jest, Storybook, Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insight as a priority
    • TypeScript will be considered as a priority
    • MongoDB + Mongoose, Redis, ElasticSearch, Nest.js, Fastify, MySQL 
  • Understanding the basics of  the overall workflow of Web application with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Great troubleshooting skill
  • Good at self-learning in Tools, Library and new framework
  • Communication skill on discussion session with internal team and external team
