Position in Brief

In the Senior Software Engineer role, the candidate will be pivotal in pioneering cutting-edge Flutter applications that enhance our technological offerings and competitive edge. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-performance Flutter applications, ensuring scalability and innovation
• Collaborate with UI designers and product owners to craft seamless application experiences
• Write and maintain clean, well-documented Dart code, adhering to industry best practices
• Refactor and optimize the existing codebase to enhance performance and maintainability
• Implement state management and architecture best practices for Flutter applications
• Integrate applications with diverse APIs and backend services to enhance functionality
• Optimize application performance across various devices for a smooth user experience
• Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and UI tests, to uphold code quality
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the team
• Actively participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions

Qualification

• Key Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in mobile application development, specifically with Flutter
  • Profound knowledge of the Flutter framework and its core principles
  • Expertise in Dart programming language
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
  • Proficiency in using Git version control systems and collaborative coding tools
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks, such as Flutter Driver
  • Proven experience in mentoring and leading junior developers
• It’s a plus, if you have
  • Knowledge of other mobile development frameworks (e.g., native Android, iOS)
