Position in Brief

In the Senior Platform Enablement System Engineer role, the candidate will play a key role in directing, designing, developing, and maintaining modular, scalable, and performant data management solutions that meet a variety of integration and business use cases across many customers from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan for integration services in alignment with the company’s goals and the Head of Engineer’s vision
  • Work closely with the Head of Engineer to identify technological opportunities and challenges, contributing insights for the company’s technological roadmap
• Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable integration solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technological advancements
  • Build solutions across the stack and have a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages
  • Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of system integrations at minimum cost
  • Lead initiatives in data integration and management, focusing on data security, compliance, and efficient data flow across systems
  • Implement thorough testing processes to identify and mitigate risks in integration projects, ensuring robust problem-solving and resolution mechanisms
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing integration team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders and clients, to understand their needs and deliver tailored integration solutions

Qualification

• Key Requirement

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team of technical to deliver complex products or projects and able to demonstrate your strong leadership
  • Experience with  
    • API development, data integration, and cloud services. Able to demonstrate the ability to analyze complex integration requirements and develop effective solutions
    • Designing, deploying, and managing scalable and robust cloud-based infrastructures, including optimizing performance, cost, and auto-scalability
    • Relevant programming languages and frameworks, Python, Java, Node.js for the backend, and ReactJS for the front-end
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English to collaborate with team members and stakeholders

• It’s a plus, if you have

  • Experience in architecting and engineering other iPaaS solutions
  • Solid background in implementing EtLT
