Position in Brief

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the product development team to deliver high-quality solutions
• Coordinating with other departments to fill gaps in domain knowledge
• Coaching and mentoring junior developers to foster their growth and ensure high standards
• Facilitating scrum ceremonies to maintain productivity and streamline processes
• Reviewing code to ensure it meets our quality and performance standards

Qualification

• Key Requirement
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Software engineer focus on fullsatck
  • Strong programming in Backend skill in Go is required, Frontend skills in Vue.js or React.js
  • Proven experience in end-to-end solution development
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor junior team members
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in conducting scrum ceremonies
• It’s a plus, if you have
  • Experience with Node.js, Nest.js, or Flutter is necessary
