Position in Brief

In the Mid IT Project Manager role, the candidate will drive projects to ensure optimal delivery, manage timelines and coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and meet strategic objectives. This vacancy is crucial to support our ongoing growth and the need to enhance our project management capabilities, enabling us to better address emerging business challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects, focusing on maximizing business value and meeting deliverables and milestones
• Identify and manage project ideas by addressing pain points, gaps, and opportunities
• Prioritize and maintain task lists and timelines in the project backlog
• Emphasize managing and communicating with the internal dev team
• Design project workflows and process improvements for efficient service delivery
• Manage project timelines and ensure completion according to schedule, coordinating closely with the internal development team
• Validate project feasibility using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Define and track key project metrics to measure success and guide future initiatives

Qualification

• • Key Requirement

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in project management
    • Solid experience as a leader in managing software development projects, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery
    • Solid experience with Agile methodologies, proving the capability to adapt and manage projects in a flexible and iterative manner
    • Strong proficiency in professional business English communication
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with development teams
  • It’s a plus, if you have
    • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related technologies
    • Previous experience in a start-up environment
    • Advanced skills in quantitative and qualitative project validation methods
    • Project management certification or related
