Position in Brief

In the Human Resource Business Partner role, the candidate will champion employee engagement and development, ensuring seamless integration of HR strategies with business objectives in a position vital for organizational growth and strategic HR expansion, aimed at aligning HR processes with evolving business needs and enhancing overall employee satisfaction and productivity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Be a “Voice of Employee” to foster the relationship between employee and executive in the company’s growth stage
  • Facilitate the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Oversee new employee orientation and onboarding, including preparing necessary documentation and leading orientation sessions
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, executing engagement activities, and maintaining employee records
  • Assist with the administration of benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs, including enrollment and changes
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of employee information
  • Organize employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking training sessions.
  • Generate HR-related reports and presentations as required

Qualification

  • Key Requirement
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or a related field preferred
    • Strong critical thinking and good listener
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, procedures and People Management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Google Workspace
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
