Position in Brief

Senior Business Development role, the candidate will drive new client acquisition and build lasting relationships to achieve sales targets and propel company growth. Your role also shapes our market presence, influences strategic growth, and fosters a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, effectively communicating the value of company products.
  • Present and demonstrate company solutions to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs.
  • Identify and attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Viabus and generate leads.
  • Travel to client sites in various locations as required.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
  • Provide sales development programs and set up CRM processes when the company starts to scale.


  • Key Requirement
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on B2B sales.
    • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Experience in selling to diverse sectors such as schools, condos, and factories.
    • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • automobile and driving license are required.
    • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
  • It’s a plus, if you have
    • Experience in selling transportation or logistics solutions.
    • Previous experience working with startups or in a rapidly growing company.
    • Knowledge of the Thai public transportation sector.
    • Strong network within relevant industries.
