Position in Brief

In the mid-level IT Sales role, you will transform client challenges into tailored digital solutions, driving sales through innovative and personalized approaches. Your role also fuels business growth by identifying new opportunities, enhances the company’s reputation through exceptional client satisfaction, and contributes to team success by fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify client challenges and align them with suitable technological solutions.
  • Develop tailored digital transformation solutions over pre-existing products.
  • Engage with clients to uncover their pain points and recommend the right technologies to solve issues.
  • Drive sales by seeking out and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Thrive in high-pressure environments, consistently meeting sales targets within set deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of projects.


  • Key Requirement
    • 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in the technology or digital transformation industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to understand complex client needs and create customized solutions.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for engaging clients in meaningful discussions.
    • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
    • Charismatic and curious, with the ability to ask insightful questions to uncover client needs.
    • Capable of working independently and excelling in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in understanding and leveraging various technologies to address client challenges.
  • It’s a plus, if you have
    • Experience in selling customized digital solutions instead of off-the-shelf software products.
    • Familiarity with the latest digital transformation technologies and industry trends.
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
