Position in Brief

Mid Business Development role will drive client acquisition and retention through strategic sales efforts and relationship management. Your role also directly impacts the company’s growth by expanding the client base and enhancing revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients for location-based advertising services.
  • Utilize existing connections with marketers in target companies to drive sales.
  • Conduct telesales to identify and engage potential new clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals independently.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Report sales activities, progress, and results to the CEO.


  • Key Requirement
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in digital marketing services, campaign management, or content advertising.
    • Proven track record in mid-to-senior sales roles, ideally within digital marketing or advertising.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive sales processes.
    • Excellent telesales skills with the capability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
    • Experience in working with large brands and understanding the needs and expectations of high-budget clients.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven personality.
  • It’s a plus, if you have
    • Experience with location-based advertising and understanding its unique advantages and challenges.
    • Knowledge of the transportation and smart city industry, particularly in Thailand.
    • Background in working with startups or small companies.
    • Understanding of B2B solutions and ability to tailor advertising pitches to different business needs.
